The reducer is a speed converter that uses gears to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor to the desired number of revolutions and obtain a larger torque. In the current mechanism used to transmit power and motion, the application range of the reducer is quite wide. It can be seen in almost all kinds of mechanical transmission systems, from ships, automobiles, locomotives, heavy machinery used in construction, processing machinery and automatic production equipment used in the machinery industry, to common daily life Home appliances and so on. Its applications range from large power transmission work to small load and precise angle transmission. The reducer can be seen in the application, and in industrial applications, the reducer has the function of reducing speed and increasing torque. Therefore, it is widely used in speed and torque conversion equipment.
However, in daily production and life, the reducer will inevitably have such failures, so how should it be repaired? What is the repair process of the reducer?
Let’s start with the inspection:
1. Inspection of bearings. Clean with heated mineral oil until the inner seat ring is gently rotated by hand and there is no jamming in any direction. After cleaning the bearing, check the clearance with a feeler gauge.
2. Inspection of gears. The gear must not have broken teeth, and the tooth surface must not have cracks or peeling.
3. Check the shaft. The ellipticity and taper on the shaft diameter shall not be greater than 0.015~0.025mm. The surface roughness of all matching dimensions of the shaft meets the technical requirements of the drawings, and the tolerance is 0.02mm can be reused, and the above 0.02mm can be used after repair. The shaft width dimension can be reused if it does not exceed the limit size 0.04mm, and it should be replaced if it exceeds the limit size 0.04mm.
4. Inspection of reducer case and bearing cover.
Then there is disassembly:
1. Clean the slime on the reducer, hoist it to the waste oil point, unscrew the oil drain plug, and drain the waste oil.
2. Unscrew the connecting plate, bearing cover, reducer interface bolt and tile cover bolt.
3. Knock off the tapered fixing pin and use a crane to remove the reducer box cover.
4. Remove the high-speed shaft and the driven shaft.
After finding the reason, it is to "prescribe the right medicine". After the completion of this series, it is assembled and accepted:
Assembly:
1. Install the passive shaft, three shafts, two shafts and high speed shafts in order.
2. Adjust the gear backlash and axial clearance.
3. The joint surface of the reduction box is evenly coated with sealing glue; the other box of the reducer is closed; the tapered fixing pin is tightened; the bearing cover and the box interface bolts are tightened; the driving shaft is flexible, and there is no friction.
Suggestions on testing and acceptance:
1. Add N120# industrial gear oil to the upper motor.
2. Power-on test machine, the time is not less than 30 minutes.
3. During the entire operation, the operation should be stable, without impact, abnormal vibration and noise, and no oil leakage or oil leakage should be allowed at the seals and joints.
4. Observe the temperature and sound of each part, and there should be no abnormal noise, the bearing temperature should not exceed 40℃, and the interface surface and rotating parts should not leak oil.
