3. The transmission of small helical gear wear is mainly caused by unreasonable material matching or improper selection of lubricants and improper amount of additives, resulting in the service life not reaching the design life.
4. The bearing (worm) is damaged. The general situation is that installation problems lead to excessive radial force and excessive external load, which causes bearing damage.
Choose the right amount of lubricant and replace the original parts. Install the reducer according to the installation instructions. Generally, the above problems can be avoided as much as possible.
