Generally speaking, the jam of the elevator occurs because the input speed is too high, the end cover is too tightly embedded, and the lack of grease.
The surface temperature of the screw lifter (screw lifter) should be controlled within the range of -15°C---60°C when working, and the temperature should not exceed 45°C under normal working conditions. If there is high temperature, stop and check immediately. Generally, the reason for this problem is that the screw lift with this tonnage is too small and overloaded, or the worm and worm gear end cover are pressed in too tightly. The input speed is not excluded. The screw jack is lubricated with butter, and the high speed of the worm shaft of the screw jack should not exceed 1500min/s. If the input speed is too high, it will be high and stuck.
