2. Check the temperature of the bearing bracket. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the first-stage pinion bearing bracket is 20-50°C higher than the temperature of the lubricating oil, and the temperature of other bearing brackets is 10° higher than the temperature of the lubricating oil. 3. Frequently check the oil reclamation of the lubricating oil storage tank to keep the oil volume higher than the lowest position of the oil standard.

4. The lubricating oil added to the oil storage tank must be of the same brand as the original oil.

5. The lubricating oil return network should be cleaned every 200h of operation. And make a record.

6. Although the quality of the lubricating oil is inspected from the appearance every day, the lubricating oil is tested every six months. If it fails, it needs to be replaced.

7. Always listen to the gear from the gear box close to the gear bite for abnormal noise, and from the gear box near the bearing bracket seat, listen for noise, and deal with the problem in time.

8. Frequently check the sealing parts for oil leakage, and deal with the problems found in time.

9. Frequently check the reducer for abnormal vibration, and whether the mechanical and electrical parts have peculiar smell.
