The main reason for the rust of the worm gear reducer bearing is the acid component generated by the water decomposition of the lacquer curing material. The grease absorbs the acidic components volatilized from the paint, causing the grease to deteriorate, and this acidic component promotes the hydrolysis of the lubricating grease.
