1. Ensure the quality of the device. Some special tools can be purchased or suppressed. 2. Establish lubrication protection guidelines. For reducers with heavy loads, frequent start-ups, and poor operating environments, some lubricant additives can be used to make the gear oil still adhere to the gear surface when the reducer is stopped. Protective film to avoid heavy load, low speed, high torque and direct contact between metals when starting. 4. Selection of the position of the reducer device. The reducer factory believes that vertical devices should not be used as far as possible when the location permits. 5. Clean up the external oil stains of the worm gear reducer, check the oil level of the lubricating oil, and record the release of the lubricating oil.
