The transmission efficiency can reach 90 when the reduction ratio is 1:5. %, and when the reduction ratio is 1:100, the transmission efficiency is only 40%-50%. Therefore, the higher the transmission ratio, the more margin calculation should be reserved when selecting the model, so as to avoid the problem of insufficient torque caused by low transmission efficiency.
5. The larger the reduction ratio of the RV worm gear reducer, the more difficult the manufacturing process. Therefore, to make a larger speed ratio, 1:80 or more, the more powerful manufacturers are needed to do well.
6. The RV worm gear reducer has a self-locking function. The self-locking function actually cannot use the output end to drive the input end. To put it simply, force cannot be applied to the input end at the output end, which can effectively protect the motor at the input end.
